In its latest rating report on Kommuninvest, the credit rating agency Standard & Poor’s confirms the rating of Kommuninvest: AAA, with a stable outlook.
Among the credit strengths, Standard & Poor’s highlights the joint and several guarantee from Kommuninvest’s owners, the robust liquidity reserve with central bank access, the high quality of the loan book and the strategy to secure capital ahead of upcoming regulatory requirements.
Kommuninvest is rated by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s. In May, Moody’s also confirmed Kommuninvest’s rating: Aaa, with a stable outlook.
