As a new employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive self-leadership training as part of your onboarding process. Our managers undergo similar training with a focus on leadership development.

Hybrid Work
At Kommuninvest, we have a hybrid work model that allows us to combine the benefits of office work with working from other locations. The office is our primary workplace, but hybrid work options are available.
Our office
We are located in Fenixhuset in central Örebro, near the southern abutment of Storbron.
The building is made of stone and earned its name from surviving the Örebro city fire in 1854, 'like a new bird Phoenix rising from the ashes.' The building was named Fenixhuset in 1888.
We have invested in modern facilities tailored to our operations, reflecting our forward-thinking approach and contributing to high employee satisfaction.

Gateway program
We offer a gateway program for highly educated individuals who face a slightly higher barrier to entering the job market than usual.
Work is crucial for personal financial independence and societal integration. Therefore, Kommuninvest annually provides a number of individuals with the opportunity to gain their first relevant work experience. We prioritize well-educated students who face a slightly higher barrier to employment.
The goal is for participants to engage in tasks that develop skills aligned with their education for a limited period, while assisting us in specific areas where support is needed
Internship or thesis
We have a close collaboration with Örebro University but also welcome students from other universities who wish to do their internship or thesis with us. We accept students continuously as far as possible.
