Our loan process
Our loan process has been further developed in recent years. Today, nearly the entire lending operation has been digitalised. For the customer, this entails the process largely being managed through the KI Finans Låna (borrowing) apps.
As a credit institute, we must meet strict regulatory requirements. Nonetheless, we are always focused on ensuring that the loan process is as flexible as possible. A continuous process is under way to clarify and simplify the process and its various stages.
We have prepared a broad-based body of information to help customers engaged in the process. Manuals, guides and instructions are available for different stages of the process. We provide forms and templates. We have also developed a set of decision formulations on which customers can base the wording of their own decisions in this area.
