Kommuninvest initiates capital markets dialogue ahead of issuance of a first social bond

Today, at a lunch seminar in Stockholm, Kommuninvest will hold an investor presentation with the aim to highlight financing that contributes to the sustainable development in the municipal and regional sector in Sweden.
Kommuninvest will specifically present the lending product Loans for Social Sustainability and announce its intention to issue a first social bond during the first half of 2025. The social bond will finance a portfolio with Loans for Social Sustainability that has been built up since this loan product was introduced in 2021.
At the launch of a social bond, it will be issued under Kommuninvest’ s EMTN program, with the possibility to issue in currencies SEK, EUR and USD.
