Funding programmes

Kommuninvest maintains a high presence in the capital market through weekly auctions under the Swedish benchmark program and several syndicated benchmark issues continuously during the year.

A key factor for Kommuninvest's success is to communicate and implement a transparent and predictable financing strategy.

Borrowing with maturities of more than 12 months is made to meet the demand from Kommuninvest's members. These issues are made in the currencies SEK, USD and EUR, in either green or conventional format.

Financing shorter than 12 months is mainly used to finance the liquidity reserve and to manage collateral flows.
