Kommuninvest today raised EUR 500 million in a new Green Bond. This was the 20th green transaction so far.
Demand for the new bond, which matures on 2027-12-08, was strong. The order book included 58 investors, with a total interest of above EUR 1.3 billion. The transaction was priced at 8 basis point below mid-swaps.
Following this transaction, Kommuninvest has a total of close to SEK 66 billion outstanding in 10 Green Bonds – five of which are in SEK, one in USD and four in EUR.
– We are building an increasing presence in the EUR market. Since the beginning of last year, we have issued four green EUR bonds with good results.
